LifeSheet Privacy Policy

Effective September 7, 2026

LifeSheet is a personal organization app from CoinChomp LLC. Private content is stored on your device by default. Data is sent to service providers only when you choose a server-backed feature such as family sharing, AI, or push notifications.

Information we process

• Private on-device content: private Lists, Logs, Memos, Calendar events, Data Sets, Affirmations, attached images, preferences, and trash records remain on your device unless you choose to share them or send them to AI.
• Account and family data: if you use LifeSheet Plus family features, we process an account identifier, optional email address and display name, family membership, roles, invitations, and recipient choices. QR invite recipients may use an anonymous account without an email address.
• Shared content: entities and images you explicitly share are stored with Supabase so selected family members can access and synchronize them.
• AI requests: when you tap Ask AI or Search with AI, your prompt and the content shown for that request are sent through our Supabase service to Google Gemini to produce a response. LifeSheet does not use your content to train its own models.
• Purchases: Apple processes payment details. We receive product, transaction, entitlement, and expiration information needed to unlock LifeSheet Plus for a family.
• Notifications: if enabled, we store a device installation identifier and Apple push token to deliver sharing notifications.
• Analytics: for users with paid services enabled, Mixpanel may receive pseudonymous product-interaction events and ordinary app/device metadata. Journal text, list text, memos, images, and AI prompts are not included in analytics events.

How information is used

We use information to provide synchronization, sharing, AI responses, subscriptions, notifications, security, support, and product analytics. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Service providers

LifeSheet uses Apple for purchases, sign-in, and push delivery; Supabase for authentication, database, storage, realtime synchronization, and server functions; Google Gemini for user-requested AI processing; and Mixpanel for limited product analytics. Their processing is governed by their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Retention and control

On-device data remains until you delete it, clear it under LifeSheet’s trash settings, or remove the app and its data. Shared data remains until it is deleted or the associated account or family is removed, subject to limited operational backups and security logs. You can hide shared content, revoke sharing recipients, disable notifications, sign out, or delete your account from the app.

Security

We use platform security features, encrypted HTTPS connections, authenticated access controls, and row-level authorization for server-backed data. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

LifeSheet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
