LifeSheet Support

LifeSheet keeps private content on your device and provides optional LifeSheet Plus family sharing and AI features.

Purchases

Use Restore Purchases on the LifeSheet Plus screen if an active subscription is not recognized. Subscriptions can be viewed or canceled in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Family sharing

The family owner can open More → Account & Family to show an invite QR code. The other person scans it from LifeSheet and can join without an email address. Owners can choose recipients in each shared entity’s settings.

Private and shared data

Private entities and their images remain on the device. Only entities explicitly converted to shared versions are synchronized. Items in Trash can be restored until the selected retention period expires.
